so what it means is no one is keen on speculation anymore there needs to be something solid and binding to change people's sentiment because to get sold the way it has been at the price it's at is nothing short of ridiculous and reflects the markets sentiment on the company pretty simple .
they need to be able to deliver by finalising contracts until then I can't see a real change of sentiment. Its gonna be a struggle plus all those shares at 4c aren't going to help .
