thats true technically Tasnim bought 5% of the company for 3cents a share above what the share price was trading at (2cents at the time) then in 2021 they bought Justin Richard stake in the company for less than 2 cents. While the first it dilutive the second is just insider selling to another.
I would argue that with out the money raised from Tasnim we would have had to go to the market to raise at a point where no one in the market was interested to give Alara money.
Apart from all the history talk, the company deserves a round of applause for delivering on key milestones there is no going back now the mine will be erected and the copper will be mined. We went too far spent 60 million dollars only success is ahead of us. Hopefully once the mine is in operation the management can have some time to start exploring our other licenses and add to our reserves.
