It's not that complicated. It's been posted numerous times now.
- The placement was done in a really non-effective manner at a really unnecessarily low rate.
IMO we're not going to see anything near 20c+ anytime soon or maybe even ever unless they announce an offtake deal that is, to quote Terri Hatcher's cameo on Seinfeld, "...real and spectacular"!!!
