Does RIO have mining and heritage approvals? I note RIO JV has just started mining on 3 other locations.
I feel having all the ducks lined up is best CZR can do as the timeline for mining will be driven by RIO. Otherwise multiple lots of infrastructure needed withour RIO and that leads to more CR/SPP dilution.
The interesting query I have is the license is held by two subsiduaries. One 85% owned by MC and one 15%.
Any thoughts on why this structure?
