A decent CEO would know when you leave the CR to the last minute, everyone knows it's coming and that the share price is going to drop 20+%, so holders dump. If the CR SP isn't already negotiated it is now going to be even cheaper. This could be a rough end to the year. I'm selling tomorrow and will buy back in sub 30c or lower....
