I'll wait to see the figures, but the lower remuneration and staff changes seem good.
While I hope they are taking shareholder sentiment on board, I suspect it's more to do with the nasdaq listing. Perhaps a NY broker quietly let them know that although the company has an exciting future, they're not there yet and remuneration should reflect this. The last remuneration package was like someone taking a victory lap, Rocky-style, before they won the race.
