It would come as no surprise to anyone that I am happy to see this announcement. Well done Alexium for recognising that you had more than just communications wrong last year.
I'm not concerned about Nick stepping into a different role - I think it might work quite well.
I'm looking forward to seeing these changes settle in and the more conservative approach, accompanied by an ongoing drive for aggressive profitable growth, lead to better all round performance and greater trust.
