    A matter of opinion I guess. I'm sticking with my analysis. But how about we look at the votes and the fact that over way over the required 25 % voted against the rem. report at the last AGM. (wasnt it around 34%). Take a look at the proportion of shareholders who are retail, discount the proportion of shares held by GR and NC (since they couldn't vote) then decide whether the retail group had an impact. People respond to such actions (ie a strike) in a number of ways but history tells us that there are plenty of boards that take a good hard look at themselves after a strike. I don't see any reason to think Alexium has not done the same.

    Moreover effective businesses cut any expenses they can't continue to justify - whatever stage of development they are at. My experience has also been that businesses that cut wages and expenses when sales are waining are on a slippery slope already - death being a not unusual outcome.
