    Slight change of the business model in regards to remuneration..somebody with a bit of business acumen has acted on shareholders complaints and dealt with the issue at hand..Simplified i know but that's how i read it ...Can only be good that alexium considers the questions put by retail holders and realised that it is a critical factor on moving forward and have dealt with the situation...
