Quite frankly, they don't give a rat's a... if the shareholders are upset as to where the price is; going or whatever.
They are only concerned with their pay packet. If they did care about the share holders, they wouldn't be so arrogant in their responses to emailed questions/comments. Their reports would also be clear and unambiguous.
They will probably get the price up eventually, but only when they and their mates think it's the right time.
