That's a big 'if'. Any predictions if the options don't convert?

Let me give one - the SP will drop markedly, because another Cap Raise becomes imminent.

Why wouldn't they convert, so long as the SP holds above $8.00?
Because at an SP not much above $8.00, how many option holders would be confident about stumping up $8.00 for a share that would quite likely be less than that a few days after the 18th? At an SP around $8.50 I wouldn't. I'll probably sell AVROs on market, at the last minute, so as to perhaps recover a few bucks beer money.

I'm agree with those commentators who opine that the recent announcements are puff.
Or at best, a long, long way from any solid developments.
