So what exactly do you think Wayne is positioning for with the appointment of an M&A adviser?
I can't see how they could be looking to acquire anything (no funds), so are we basically seeing a big 'for sale' sign? Surely you'd get a much better price after a feasibility study is completed/approved by the FDA and not before?
I'm a bit confused, there are only really two or three major potential buyers, why out-source the sale process and initiate it so early? Unless by getting an M&A advisory firm to throw around numbers several multiples higher than the current share price
helps get some FOMO happening between now and option expiry? helping ensure a cash injection from options exercising?
