    Maybe people have been waiting for the seller to finish, and are ready to pounce at bargain lows now..
    Anyway, it seems you're all strapped in for another big day on the nor threads.
    Already wasted too much time here this morning, waiting for a sealer and grout to dry in the cold weather. Dry now!
