This is sort of true re the spend rate, while NOR were chucking out heaps of darts to see what would land, I feel they have now found the formula and just need it to stick to more Telcos.
Cash burn won't change too much but I pressume the Optus deal announced was the minimal requirements so could expand like spark.
The Cash burn is significantly less with so much income rolling in now.
NOR has customers and a proven product. we are still spec end so enter at own risk.
