The cap raise had to come. POD was trading with a cap raise priced in which is why it couldn’t rally despite precious metals rallying and general market sentiment improving. So from that point of view it is good to get this out the way. The price of the cap raise is probably about what I expected. The issue will be if any current shareholders support it. $3mio isn’t a lot of money and will only sustain things for a short period. The fact no larger investors have come in and there is no placement is a bit concerning but I have been critical of how the share price has been manipulated leading into previous cap raises so maybe trying something different with a SPP is fairer on existing shareholders.
Hopefully POD can raise the cash and put it to good use because the resource is exiting.

Yes maybe some broker/insto/sohps were thinking they could get in on a placement with funds running low and as we know they love to sell-off holdings to depress the SP and buy back through placement ..but in the end POD looked out for all holders esp smaller holders with a SPP ... overall for me I'm stoked with the SPP get 416,666 shares to add to the 210k I'm still holding (sold off a few recently knowing a CR was coming)
