You beauty, just a minor administrative approval hurdle now, then the deal is done.
Amazingly undervalued when you consider this deal adds almost double the current MC to PGM, so effectively nil EV for any of the projects still rolling, including MM!!!
How this SP is not at least 12c is beyond me, but thanks anyway.
