SIZE droped to 43c theres a risk with the market selloff that this could go back to where it was trading before the announcement circa 30c. Thats the problem with getting equity for a deal instead of cash - its harder to value
just to visualise the value of the Skaergaard sale SIZE @ 43c = 23.6m CAD + 0.5m CAD cash = 25.2m AUD = 6.2c worth of PGM Share price SIZE @ 30c = 16.5m CAD + 0.5m CAD cash = 17.8m AUD = 4.4c worth of PGM Share price
add on remaining PGM assets ...it still puts PGM at around 8c (worst case) - Almost a bag from here 8c = 32m MC, (18m from the sale)
