Eight teams (of 23 applicants) are now authorized to pursue government contracts is how I read it. Whitehawk is a part of one of those teams (a bit vague about extent or team make-up) led by Knexus Research LLC as the prime contractor. Next stop: researching Knexus to see how they go/have gone at pulling government contracts, a lot depends on the prime contractor it seems but I may not be correct on that.
