Ann: Key Terms Agreed for Mobile Sports Streaming with Indosat, page-108

LT holders are used to this type of ann already. It was supposed to be positive but given previous record no one thinks it is. I have a few doubts.
1. just a few more days they cannot wait? How many time we see a few days, next month, shortly, soon? It is still likely repeating same game.
2. Indosat, a billion$ company, had no plan to stream such significant event as WC? If I were an executive of such company, I would have prepared from last year. How possible is it so rush? TV2 might be just their plan B?
