It doesn't take hours. Literally took less than 30 seconds to find this information in a quick Google search - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indosat#History. Probably less time than it took to write your post.
I think the point was DYOR, particularly for such easily locatable information. Sometimes I wonder if people do any research at all before investing.
