The Wilson interests control KBC is the simple answer IMO.
Now they are arguing over YOW, debt to YOW and YOW has made a "bid" for KBC . YOW is still IMO under control of Boulton side of things and Wilson Via cross ownership and KBC and other interests holding in YOW are trying to replace Boultons folk from YOW management. That was part of court case on Friday.
Now Wilson interests have lent $ to KBC with security so have further leverage in KBC.
