I assume after a couple of days of legal advice KBC management will be obliged to do some sort of retort / response to this and at some point they will respond to takeover when they have real details . Essentially the response ill probably indicate that the board has met and not a decent outcome , price price and shareholders take no action awaiting further information. There is a timeline for formal response so see what happens

Interesting that all this is being IMO rushed as obviously shareholders would love to accounts and annual report to actually know where the company is currently up to. All assumptions as usual and lawyers rubbing hands together.

All may change if KBC linked persons are appointed on YOW board etc .
