NOTICE OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rules 3.3.5, Delegat Group Limited advises
that, in respect of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 1st
December 2015, the opening date for Director Nominations is 16th October 2015
and the closing date for Director Nominations is 2nd November 2015. All
nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date.
