Diligent to Announce Third Quarter 2015 Results on November 10, 2015 (NZDT)

Diligent Corporation (NZX: DIL) (www.diligent.com), the Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS) based platform for the secure electronic production, distribution and
collaboration of confidential information for boards, committees and
leadership teams, today announced that it intends to release its financial
results for the Fiscal Quarter ended September 30, 2015 on Tuesday, November
10, 2015 NZDT (Monday, November 9, 2015 US ET). The results will be issued
before 9:00 a.m. NZDT (3:00 p.m. US ET, Monday, November 9).

(3:30 p.m. US ET Monday, November 9) to review the Company's financial
