Diligent to Announce Full Year 2015 Results on February 29, 2016 (NZDT)

Diligent Corporation (NZX: DIL) (www.diligent.com), the Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS) based platform for the secure electronic production, distribution and
collaboration of confidential information for boards, committees and
leadership teams, today announced that it intends to release its financial
results for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2015 on Monday, February 29,
2016 NZDT (Sunday, February 28, 2016 US ET). The results will be issued
before 9:00 a.m. NZDT (3:00 p.m. US ET, Sunday, February 28).

Conference Call
Diligent will host a conference call on February 29, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. NZDT
(3:30 p.m. US ET Sunday, February 28) to review the Company's financial
