Diligent to Announce Second Quarter 2015 Results on August 11, 2015 (NZT)

Diligent Corporation (NZX: DIL) (www.diligent.com) today announced that it
intends to release its financial results for the Fiscal Quarter ended June
30, 2015 on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 NZT (Monday, August 10, 2015 US ET). The
results will be issued before 9:00 a.m. NZT (5:00 p.m. US ET, Monday, August
10).
