KEYDATES: MMH: Notification of Closing Date for Director Nominations

Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited advises that in accordance with NZSX
Listing Rule 3.3.5, the closing date for director nominations in respect of
the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held in October 2015, is
Friday 4 September 2015.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual General Meeting.
