Tricoastal own a substantial stake in the company. Not agreeing to any form of offtake agreement would decimate not only the shareprice but their own investment in MZI. I cannot fathom that they would allow this to occur. Why they haven't signed yet?....we are not privy to the inner workings of these negotiations and if a poster thinks they are, we would love to hear from you. They have successfully worked together on Tiwi back in 2010 that we know.
No timelines in the last announcement. In addition no hint of further equity required, rather less may be required. On the fence now as to whether a large cap raising will occur, although I still think a small one may be on the cards for working capital next quarter. It may be worthwhile sending the company an email as to what the new anticipated timelines are. The announcement did say contact Trevor for further information!!
