mmmmm......not what was expected and nothing there that hasn't been hinted or suggested during recent presentations. I'm left to believe that it indicates a further delay to financial approval (and possible schedule) wrapped in sugar (i.e. lower costs) which may or mat not come to fruition.
- I hope it is short term. I can understand fiance can be easily held up but dont led us on, management. How many times have you said this?
They also didn't take the opportunity to clarify the hartley's report they published on their own website - which imo is telling.
