Well they had better get that Offtake agreement .. or RCF have wasted their time and money on MZI ...
are RCF really that careless ??
to fund and participate in a project for 2 years now ..that's still waiting for OFF-takes to emerge ? or do they know its happening SOON ..and wanted to bed down a better Deal/Slice of the Pie First.
