While the financiers credit department holds the key the financing is by no means a done deal and there have been plenty of good deals lately quashed by credit. However what I liked about the announcement is the advanced stage of the sales agreements and the number of parties that seem interested. Some firm agreements will have huge positive influence on the financing outcome and it appears these will be tied up shortly.
