I'd have to agree with that... growing a business with your hand out all the time, ultimately destroys ,via dilution, business and hands over a fully running operation to someone else for a song.. then that business makes a killing...
i hope that is not the intention of this operation...
in the normal course of events, I would like to see a stable/core product range on sale, a profit, then expanding... In this case, it seems the expansion had happened prior to any success...
There's no point in having record sales, when it cost more to make than it can sell for, because it's just going to end in record losses... Business metrics 101.
The capital expenses must stop, and the business needs to be managed for operational profitability... Currently - not happening...???

Potential is there..... But can it be brought to the fore...
