It means the estimated asset value for the taco bell restaraunts has been downgraded. Downgraded due to the estimated earnings and business value decreasing. Its basically a depreciation. This 11.9mil will be subtracted from the balance sheet and will drop profit. Which is good as ckf will pay less tax and there is no impact to cashflow. But bad beacuse it hits profit and decreases asset value.
