much as I sympathise with your sentiment I am pretty sure it was all done by the book. I had never been involved with a 249d before but other directors had and they looked closely at the procedure.
the issue was not the process but the distant and extremely tenuous relationship with the truth the then chair and his sweaty fat friend had. But there is no redress for this although I suspect that Gary etc feel a bit silly now for swallowing their tall tales and won’t be sending Christmas cards to the muppets anymore!
