Shouldn't we be looking for new directors. He was supposed to be proficient at raising capital and even that was a disaster.

Time to search for a board that can fix this mess. Not one that buys another company that won't make any money for probably 2 years. While we've been wait for 11 years to finish what should have been completed years ago.
