CMM board and management hold $256.51m of a $1.8bn entity - 14.5%
22.2% dilution in last 12mths at GOR is worse for holders than the 13k hedge obligation here at CMM which you seem alarmed by
Also bearing in mind that 22.2% dilution is comprised partly of performance shares, some of which were then onsold...
Why pay a paltry dividend when you are diluting...................?
