Im really not sure why XAM and other companies continue to spend significant cash on scoping studies that can’t be fully realeased to the market and for projects that don’t gate anywhere near current prices. XAM management would have known these two facts before completing the study. It adds zero value but I guess it makes it easier to justify current and additional management functions and consultant fees.
