Plenty of talk on the STT lately about how bullish everyone is on zinc so if the KSA is serious about moving forward with things other than oil there really is no better time to stop messing around and just issue this ML so bayan / alara can get down to business. Talk is cheap but action speaks volumes. If we are still all here talking about this ML being issued in 3-6months time then i will be selling because it will tell me that they are too set in their ways to change
