Very good question. Can't find it in the ann. Is that the Central Bank rate perhaps? Of who?? Surely can't be that much over a CB rate?
Good Sprott is on board, they know their shite, and have been following this for ages, so they know what they're getting into.
This obviously reduces risk and any doubt about getting Kiaka off the ground and should be a catalyst for getting back to at least fair value. 'Fair value' will be about 4/5ths of PRU's MC, which is currently $2.3b. So, I'll settle for a $1.7b valuation or about double the current SP. No brainer.
