In the context of what one would imagine will be a record cash build quarterly coming up very soon , this is one of the most puzzling raises I’ve seen.
Sp was breaking out to all time highs (to the benefit of shareholders) and he pulls this trick. A bit maddening to be fair.
The only “good” thing about raising at high prices is the dilution was minimised.
