Gold price has had no relevance to share price of VEC so far. Gold, DOW etc will always gyrate and the performance of stocks like VEC would only be really affected in the crash of a commodity or market crash. If we were a major producer then maybe but generally gold would have been sold at contract and not spot prices anyway I would have thought. Sentiment as usual though can be a short term influencer. Gold and DOW had great days the previous day and VEC went down.
