If they are indeed negotiating a placement to existing large holders it would explain price range in last 4 weeks. The 15 day vwma is around 2.5c and we are currently sitting just above 100 day moving average (2.3c). A placement at 2.5c would not suprise, unless they are new investors where they should be pumping it like crazy to get min 3c imho
