    If a company (KNL) intends to build a mine and that mine will require a total capital expenditure of $77.5 m to build, how can that be wrong?

    You want to take out the ...

    Owner's cost - $1.9
    Contingency - $6.2
    Relocation costs and somehow take out the wages content for employees/contractors required to build????

    Sorry, but with due respect I think you are wrong. Take out all these costs you don't have a mine.
