It's only October they are saying Q1 2017 for valuation before RAP can be finalised then after all that is done take it back to the bank wait till they pour over it for a few months till they they give us the yay or nay which is by no means guaranteed, so 6 months is very conservative I reckon mate. No wonder the sp is taking a hit, sadly this isn't going anywhere in a hurry. Wake me up in May/June next year will ya zzzzzzzzz
