Very surprised they went with this. Massive to give up 50% up the project for US$70m.
As I said earlier, compare this to what orocobre pulled of with toyota TTC back in 2012. They received US$82.8m for 25% of olaroz along with a favourable funding package for US$192m. That was based on a DFS nameplate of only 17,500T/ year!
