@charlie123456. I don't think this deal with eventuate. It will be upgraded with a higher offer from SQM or it will not go ahead.
It will be blocked by Capri and some other major shareholders and/or new substantial holders (we will know in the next few days when someone posts broker data for today and tomorrow trading activity).
Also, some other major lithium producers like Albermarle, Genfeng, Tianqi, FMC, or big funds will not sit on their hands to see this deal go ahead.
