I don't see any drama with the deal, from my own research.

- KDR are gold miners not lithium miners.
- KDR don't have the capital or resources to mine Lithium and Gold.
- SQM bring millions of dollars of knowledge (couldn't even put a dollar figure on this).
- KDR keep all rights to Gold.
- KDR get to production quickly and start making money quickly.
- The situation looks pretty good with production facilities being built by people that know what they are doing.

You may be upset you didn't win the lotto over night but this is more like winning a scratchie that pays you monthly for 20 years!
