I'm no expert but it sounds pretty good to me. They're paying us $40million cash for I'm not sure what, maybe to look at gold, or so they never need to come knocking for money? In any event we just got 17% of our entire market cap in cash reserves.

They are also forking out $106m to pay for the next million steps, by themselves, towards processing. They have also given us the option of either going into halvsies for a refinery, or letting them build it themselves. We still have 100% of any gold there, we don't have to pay anything, it's all funded, we got $40million burning a hole in our pockets and I'm not going to have to retain some liquidity so I can afford to hand over if they do a CR to fund the thing.

Is that all correct? If so, then yay, I get to put em in a drawer and bring em out when they're (enter outlandish quote here) in a couple of years
