I'm still mulling the deal, but I disagree.

My read at this time is that retail traders are panicking and disappointed - and likely to be throwing shares away cheap. This deal seems to me to de-risk and guarantee KDR get something to market - if the resource is world class - SQM will make sure it gets developed and sold - they will be able to capture value and KDR can go along for the ride.

The deal looks good to me provisionally.
