Being serious for a brief moment, You have to compare this to what might have been done going solo and using a second hand processing facility, which in my view was too small, too slow and doubtful KDR could have got the mine up and going. They have always required a 2nd party to make this happen. Nothing precludes a full takeover of the JV in the future, which is what I would expect to happen, also think this would have got past our major Share Holders (Capri) if it was a bad deal?

This is a game changer as to the scale, size, likelihood and pace of resource development. Thumbs up from me.
